'Bluebottle'

International Dragon Class keelboat. Designed by Norwegian John Anker in 1929 & built by Camper and Nicholson in 1948. Became an Olympic Class from 1948 to 1972. Bluebottle was a wedding present to the then recently married Princess Elizabeth and her husband the Duke of Edinburgh from members of the ISC. This half-model was presented to the Club by J.W. Nicholson.
